Towards the branch of sport



  • he has to enhance the team"s values, win the support and enthusiasm of the children, who will become not only players but fans and leaders, too
  • he has to sum up his professional knowledge
  • he has to pass on his experiences to his colleagues
  • he has to develop his team’s abilities and boost their performance to make football more attractive in the eyes of the spectators
  • he has to protect football from negative effects

Towards his own team and players




  • the players’ health has overall importance, he has to reach the best possible results with the help of allowed tools


  • his players must respect the spirit of Fair Play


  • he has to establish a daily need for movement in the players


  • he has to avoid expectations that aren’t proportionate to their abilities


  • he mustn’t differentiate on the basis of talent but rather reward effort, too


  • he has to make the players aware of the dangers of pursuing performance

Keeping the rules of the game




  • the rules of the game and the competitions must be observed


  • the coach must forbid the use of drugs and inform the players about the dangers of them


  • the coach must manage the team according to the spirit of the game

Respecting the opponents



  • the coach must show respect towards the players and leaders of the opposition

  • the players have to understand that the opponent is not an enemy

  • avoid using strong expressions towards opponents, the referee and spectators

Responsibilities towards the public



  • the coach has to inform the public

  • the coach has to preserve his dignity irrespective of the result or provocations

  • his information must always contain the truth and fac
